The Merrimack County Conservation District (MCCD) hosts a booth at summer and winter farmers’ markets across the county where customers using SNAP/EBT, credit, or debit cards can receive wooden tokens to buy products from vendors. This service helps our local producers by diversifying the methods of payment they can accept, thus increasing sales. The entire community benefits by keeping your dollars local.

SNAP/EBT customers, you can DOUBLE your dollars up to $20 a week using the Granite State Market Match program. Benefits are, also, available to Veterans. Granite State Market Match is a statewide/incentive program that makes healthy eating more affordable. If you are interested in becoming a Market Member, please pick up a form at the market. This provides SNAP beneficiaries greater means to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. You can find our token table just inside our market entrance!
